      How much muscle can I expect to gain in 2 weeks?

        The most important thing to remember is that everyone is different, and results will come at different paces. Another important thing to point out is that progress is not always linear. Often times there will be weeks of progress followed by weeks of stagnation, perseverance is the key. Gaining or losing 1-2 pounds in a 2 week period, should be considered excellent progress.
