Lean Muscle X Review?
I'm new to this site and recently started training seriously.
I'm come across a product called Lean Muscle X which claims to do all kinds of too good to be true stuff. When I google product reviews I can't find a review that isn't posting an ad or selling the product along with the review. I don't understand why there isn't an honest/non biased review of this product. Can anyone tell me about this product and any experience using it? |

I can't tell you about that product but I can tell you with near 100% certainty that most of these types of products do not do what they claim. In most cases, real food is superior to a supplement. A supplement can fill gaps in your plan and help you out when you can't actually set down for a meal. And some supplements aid in recovery but so do potatoes. Try to see past the hype and realize that many supplement companies are taking a basic whey protein and adding in other ingredients so they can make unsubstantiated claims to charge more. What you end up paying for is mostly hype. Caveat emptor.
