Lean Muscle X Review?

I'm new to this site and recently started training seriously.
I'm come across a product called Lean Muscle X which claims to do all kinds of too good to be true stuff. When I google product reviews I can't find a review that isn't posting an ad or selling the product along with the review. I don't understand why there isn't an honest/non biased review of this product. Can anyone tell me about this product and any experience using it?

I can't tell you about that product but I can tell you with near 100% certainty that most of these types of products do not do what they claim. In most cases, real food is superior to a supplement. A supplement can fill gaps in your plan and help you out when you can't actually set down for a meal. And some supplements aid in recovery but so do potatoes. Try to see past the hype and realize that many supplement companies are taking a basic whey protein and adding in other ingredients so they can make unsubstantiated claims to charge more. What you end up paying for is mostly hype. Caveat emptor.

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
