Smile Your feedback

Hi Terri
I am wondering if you've done any experimenting with the book and recipe book?

It sounds like it's very different from your normal way of eating, I was just wondering if you'd tried testing any of the recipes (for example).

Best wishes
Melanie

Hey John!
Thanks for the system that is PN.
I am a personal trainer in Sydney, Australia and I was looking for a system that was easy to follow, well explained and made sense.
Thanks to PN I have now got this system and I am finally breaking through the plateau of my personal fat loss journey. I now have a fool proof system that i can encourage all my clients to take part in.

Thank again John!

I like to lay my cards on the table here: Positive feedback is greatly appreciated. But of course, criticism and suggestions are welcome too. The main thing is to be specific: clearly state what exactly you like (or don't like) about Precision Nutrition, and why.

I want everyone to know exactly what people who are using Precision Nutrition think about it -- and by extension, about our company, and about this online community -- and I want you to be the ones to tell them.

All feedback is welcome!

I'm pleased so far so good. It's hard to get used to starting a program that moves so slowly - but i know that's part of the program. I'm really hopeful this will be a long lasting lifestyle. the eamil a day really keeps you on track.
Also - i've had great response from any questions i've had.
The PN team is really on the ball.
Thanks-

Lean Eating for Women - Week 5 Suggestion

Hi,

The old habit of EAT SLOWLY is not coming up in our daily green check off area:

Did you practice your new habit today? No habit today
Took fish oil and multi-vitamin
Stopped eating when 80% full
  • Yes
  • No

Under "Took fish oil and multi-vitamin" there should be a line that says, "Ate slowly every time I ate" or something like that. Your code dropped out somewhere along the line.

I know, I know - I have OCD.

My Opinion on the Program

I'm currently a University Senior and I'm trying to learn everything I can in my field. I think that the PN system and everything thing it has to offer as far as the forums and workouts and all the information it comes with is amazing. I've learned so much about nutrition from this and having the extra support there is invaluable. Everyone is going to have questions about something and it's nice having experts there as well as other dedicated people to help you and keep you on the right path. With all the information out there today people need other people they can trust and know they will give them the right information. I really don't have anything bad to say about the program nor would I make any changes that I can think of. Just keep doing what your doing because it works.

Very quick reply with a few thoughts, positive first and then more negative.

1. It's great. Real food, nutrition for life rather than a few weeks diet. I have an underactive thyroid and every time I have tried to diet hard the backlash from my body has been a nightmare so it is great to have guidance on how to eat forever.
2. Flexible. I can use your rules to choose healthy food all the time no matter where I am and not beat myself up and give up if I make a bad decision, I just get back on track.
3. Workouts! Great, so many of them, so much to learn, so many options.

4. Website is hard to navigate. I find it tricky to find things like recipe suggestions and specific workouts and then to find my way back to things I have seen before.
5. Need more recipes, especially for breakfast, I am having a hard time getting an omelette down in the morning, more options would be great.
6. Forums seem to be very inactive, I have joined several groups and posted and nothing or looked at groups and there has been no posting for years. I think the forums need to be revamped, made easier to find and use.

It's brilliant, thanks. I will come back with more as I think of it.

Getting the PN system is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Period. I was so confused by all the conflicting information out there - I didn't know what the heck I should be eating, when I should be eating it, or the best way to eat to accomplish my goals. PN resolved all those questions. It provided me with the overarching principles behind good nutrition and then put those principles into concrete form through the Gourmet Nutrition recipes - that was the kicker for me. I got not just the theory or science-y side of nutrition, but actual recipes, grocery lists, food preparation strategies, and kitchen tips. Real-world stuff that I can take and immediately put to into practice in my day-to-day life.

The part I like most about PN is that it's a lifestyle. It's a way of eating and training for optimal health, body composition, and performance that I can maintain for the rest of my life. And you better believe that I will be doing exactly that!

My thoughts...

I really enjoy the Precision Nutrition website because it contains a huge amount of information in one location. I have found articles on every topic I can imagine and a few I never imagined.

Hi JB,

I am a member of the lean eating program and bought the PN system. The system looks good, but I can't seem to get any tailored feedback or suggestions since I am part of the woman's program. Everybody, who are all GREAT, have held off on giving me food thoughts so my coach can take the lead. If I knew that, I would have held off on the purchase. So sad to day, I haven't even been able to really use it :(

Pleased!

Feed-back...thank you for the opportunity! I've been a personal trainer for 18 years and I'm always searching for up-to-date information/studies/etc. I read some articles/books by Dr. Berardi (i.e., Experiments with Intermittent Fasting/The Metabolism Advantage) and liked what I read. I decided to investigate further & found out about Precision Nutrition. I enjoy the studies/information presented and use them in my practice. I also like the simplicity of the nutrition program. The approach is straight-forward & easy to comprehend compared to some of the other programs.

I look foward to continuing my relationship with Precision Nutrition. Worth the money.

Thank You!!

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
