This might have been asked and answered repeatedly, but... What's the difference between the v3.0 and v2.0 versions of the binder (and system in general)? I originally purchased the v1.0 system, and then purchased the binder for v2.0 when it came out. So, I have both of the Gourmet Nutrition books (unless they've been updated for the v3.0 version).

I guess what I'm really asking is, is there anything new in the v3.0 system that would make it something I *need* to get, or is it essentially the same information as the other two versions?

Have a great day.
Patrick.

Hey Patrick,

PN V3.0 has been re-written, re-edited and re-designed. Every section has been improved and three new ones have been added.

You can check out this page to learn more in detail about what's all been added. (scroll down about half way)

And if you have any other questions, feel free to give us a shout at info@precisionnutrition.com and we'd be happy to help out.

Thanks for the quick reply Kate.

I guess my next question is, is there a way of just ordering the binder, without the Gourmet Nutrition v1.0 book, as I already have that book (unless it was updated as well)?

Have a great day.
Patrick.

Hey Patrick, it's no problem at all, happy to help.

As far as just ordering the binder, you know, I'm not sure. But if you send an email to info@precisionnutrition.com, our customer experience team will know for sure and should be able to provide some options for you.

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
