I've been on my current program for eight weeks now. For the past two weeks I've been following the PN principles: P+C breakfast on training days (early morning workouts) and all the others meals P+F. One cheat meal; usually Sunday nights I have pizza, soft drinks and miltiple desserts. I've dropped an inch off my waist but I can't be sure if that's due to PN or the fact that the holidays are behind us :-)
