Following this, too. I currently take Vega Sport performance protein (vanilla, and have a chocolate tub waiting for when I finish this one). It makes for a great recovery drink after running. So far, so good with this product.

I am so happy to find this! One of my goals going through my LE program is to transition to a vegan diet, and I was hoping to find a thread exactly like this.

I haven't. If you try it, post a review.

sprouted rice vs non-sprouted

Several of the rice proteins of late i've seen have said they use sprouted brown rice.

I'm not sure if this means that others do not, or really what the difference is since the aborption claimed by all of them seems to be 97%.

any info/sources appreciated.

thanks

I ordered the chocolate a vanilla flavors. They are both pretty good actually although the vanilla flavor is a bit strong. If you prefer to drink proteins shakes without mixing in anything else, I would suggest the chocolate flavor. It was a bit pricey at $60 (had to find someone who is signed up as a distributor). But it is a 30 day supply. I chose to sign up as a consultant to get a 35% discount. If you chose to go this route, just PM me and I can give you my ID to allow you to sign up.

Aside from the protein supplement, they have others that look quite good include the fiber (which I also tried).

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
