None that I know of in Chicago. Or at least if there are, they aren't near me in any convient way.

EDIT: yeah I checked, they are only in a handful of states.

Maybe I will try Aldi, a low end, minimum choice chain of stores. Like if they carry eggs, they only carry one brand of eggs, so they can buy bulk and sell cheap.

Trader Joe's? How much cheaper are their eggwhites than Costco's? I gotta check them out. I really like their store.

Also, what area do you live in that you have a cheap butcher? I live in the Elgin area and all the butcher shops are pricey.

I could not find egg whites at Costco, which surprised me.

I live in Chicago, and go to Bornhoffens on broadway.

I think most Costcos are set up the same, so they should be in the fridge section next to the cottage cheese/milk. They're called Kirkland Egg Starts, and you get 6 pints for $6-7. I have to pick some up today, so I'll let you know the exact price.

Price must have gone up since they were $7.79 today. Still not a bad deal for egg whites.

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
