Great. Now would be a perfect time to see your progress. Do one set of inverted rows and see how many reps you complete. Do this version where your legs are straight with the thigh muscles and glutes contracted and toes curled up.

With a dumbbell row you would compare it to doing a dumbbell bench press. Or you can perform kneeling push-ups and the inverted rows with your knees bent.
