Discuss SC for Fighters

Attached is another PN program designed to integrate with the Precision Nutrition program. The program is entitled, "Strength Conditioning For Fighters" and was designed by our good friend and performance heavy-hitter Chad Waterbury.

Chad's a top notch strength coach, a well published author, and a hard-training athlete himself.

Further, Chad has earned high praise from many in the performance industry. In fact, at a recent seminar I did with legendary strength coach Charles Poliquin, Charles heaped praise upon Chad and his work.

You can get in contact with Chad via his own web site here. Further, to pick up a copy of his excellent Muscle Revolution book, click here. Finally, we've got Chad lined up for an interview shortly so look for this in the near future!

For now, check out this great program specifically designed for combat athletes...

Anybody tried this one? I'd love to give it a shot, but it looks like you have to have a partner and that isn't practical for me right now. Anybody tweaked it so that it works alone?

Single arm standing cable press w/twist,
Single arm standing cable row w/twist,
Single arm db external rotation, and I am not sure i understand the AHAP for the farmer's walk. If someone could explain these or send me a link, I would be very greatful.

What makes you say that? On it's own, that's not particularly helpful. What's your preference, and why?

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
