I guess I'm looking for more taylored info in the realms of vegan personalization. Experimentation seems to be leading me to the best way for me now. Today is day 20 I think and I'm still going! More and more I appreciate the sustainabilty and long terms benefits of this "diet" and want to be super knowledgeable for those I influence who desire to adopt a plant based lifestyle. I appreciate your huge knowledge and experience in this arena and hope I can learn more from you in those regards! Is it possible to show me the "key" table of contents for vegan eating posts and threads? Thanks! |

I liked the program - I think it would be great. But it didn't work for me. I explained this to your customer service when I requested a return and refund. I am a working mom with two small children. I told them family friend meal plans would have helped a whole lot. I do not have the time nor energy to prepare two meals every meal time. At any rate, I made this request in the middle of February. I mailed back my material on the 21st. I am only in Tyler - a mere 2.5 hr drive to where the products were going back. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund. The last two days I requested an update and have received no reply. Customer service was quick to reply when they were trying to keep me from returning the literature but now nothing...what gives?

So far I love everything about PN. The tools and resources are the best I've come across so far. My struggle has been locating the resources that help folks that are a little further along. I've been using the keyword search to find information regarding taking both training and nutrition to the next level. I've found Krista's information on taking workouts to the next level and I'm incorporating that upon return from vacation next week. I don't think I'm quite ready for the Get Shredded Program.
I'm spending about an hour a day looking through all of the data but it would be great if there was some type of "fast track" to information on the nutritional side. I have no problem with food compliancy but I do have a problem with understanding the proper ways of getting enough carbs to support my rigorous workouts while following a Paleo lifestyle. After a year with no visible results I decided that I needed something more specialized so I'm here. I would like some counsel on whether Lean Eating for Women is where I need to start or if I should wait until the more goal specific programs come out.

I liked the information I gained on the PN system and the gourmet nutrition manual so much, I signed up for the certification. So far the information regarding meal timings and post workout nutrition has been most helpful.
I've found myself eating a lot more veggies, even to the point of adding greens to my protein based smoothies. Unheard of for a devout carnivore.I would suggest, the measurements in the gourmet nutrition manual be amended to include metric equivs as cups are totally foreign to me (I'm UK based) . I'm really looking forward to completing the certification process.

What i like about precision nutrition is that you cna find information on everything! On the flip side though i find the informaitno isn't always easy to find. It seems like i could spend days on the website! I would like to see more divisions in the articles and posts. Things like senior member logs, new members logs, competitors logs, gluten free information, everything about the 6 pack, etc. Rigth now i can use the search engine but it's not as easy as having categories pre-determined.
Also, i love the system materials but i'm a little frustrated that i had actually read more then 70% of those articles online for free... i would have expected a little more honestly. Finally, i love the cookbook version 1 but the 2nd version looks even nicer! Can't members get discounts on it? hope this feedback helps! |

It was probably timely for me to receive this request to post my thoughts on the PN program. I have been following the principals for just over two months and have lost 10kg. The last week I have slowly found myself slipping up. The first 9 weeks I missed the gym maybe 6 days in total. This last week I've only been twice.
I like the common sense and scientific approach to the program. I have found it easy to stick to. I feel like I've needed more guidance with exercise than that which is provided. I'm a bit scared of the weights side of things, lack confidence to use free weights. I'm going to invest in a personal training session to get me back on track this week. I hardly ever open my folder and don't hang out here much, I just stick to the main principals and it seems to be working :) |
