You should anticipate about 4 hours per unit in terms of course engagement. It’s self paced, so if you have more time available, you can move as quickly as you want. Here’s approximately how the time breaks down for each unit:

• Reviewing the lesson content: 45-60 minutes
• Completing the exercises and next actions: 60 minutes
• Self reflection and tracking your progress: 30-60 minutes
• Case studies: 60 minutes

And yes, all of the strategies, skills, and systems you’ll learn throughout the course will help you be successful regardless of whether you choose to coach in-person, online, or a combination of both.

Yes, it’s self paced. To get the most out of the program, you’ll want to complete the course in about 4 weeks. Following this structure will allow you to engage with the material in the most effective way and give you enough time to take action each week.

With that said, if something unexpected happens and you end up having less time available, you’ll have lifetime access to all of the course materials so you can refer back to it anytime you’d like.
