Live classes will be held every Tuesday from October 17 to December 12 at 3 p.m. Eastern Time. (There will be no class held on Tuesday, November 21.)

You’ll receive a private Zoom link to join each session.

Classes start at 3 p.m. ET and end around 4:30 p.m.

While it’s not a requirement to attend classes live, we believe that will provide the best experience. It gives you the opportunity to ask your questions in real-time and interact with the instructors.

That said, if your schedule doesn’t permit live participation, you can follow-along to the course via recordings and ask questions in our private community for students.

No problem! Recordings of each class will be made available to you the day after (Wednesday) each live session.

No, there are no exams or marked assignments as part of this course.

At the conclusion of the course, you’ll receive a digital certificate that you can use as proof of completion.

As an all-new course, we’re in the process of getting pre-approval from a number of organizations. Until then, we can provide you with the details you need to submit an application for approval from your organization.

You don’t need to be a coach, and you don’t need clients to register or benefit from this course. While the course is tailored for health, nutrition, and fitness coaches, the concepts and skills you’ll learn can easily be applied to any profession, and also for personal use.
